Information about withdrawal

To create a withdrawal from the contract, please use the order detail link found in the order confirmation email. In the order detail you will then find a direct link to create the withdrawal.

If you do not have the email available, you can subscribe to your account, or register using the email address used for the purchase. After login/registration, withdrawals can be managed directly in your user portal.
